Get the light out!!!!!!!!!!!!! EASY
A few years ago our local auto parts shop stopped turning off the check engine light. they would tell you the code and order the part, but not extinguish the light. This little easy to use gizmo, gives you the ability to do that. For under $30 it was on my door step and for under $30 i ordered a factory part. Functions not available
Foxwell claimed they sent me an updated version which is NT530, scanner arrived and has no marking on it’s case that it is NT530. I have a 2009 mini cooper S and reason Ibought is I changed my vanos solenoid, that function is missing and also it cannot activate my purge valve solenoid to check. A lot of their functions they claimed is not on my software they sent. Very disappointed. I have explored it countless times & couldn’t reset adaptation on my new vanos solenoid.Read full review...

My 05 F150 had the check engine light come on so I made a stop at Autozone. They check it with their scanner and found three codes. After that I decided to buy my own scanner for another vehicle that also had a check engine light. After fixing it I decided to recheck the codes that Autozone found and when I did, it found another code that their scanner overlooked. it puts the light out!
its easy, just plug it in and follow the directions, is says "turn on the key", then gives two areas that may contain the codes, pick one, then record the codes for repair then select clear the codes, do the same thing again if necessary, then exit, turn the key off and unplug the unit and thats it....however the one code it wont clear is the AirBag light... but there are other ways to somehow service it or put it out... thanks Im well satisfied....Read full review...

This scanner does everything a garage mechanic needs. It reads codes as well as a description, erases codes, and gives smog monitor info. I use this on my Subaru Impreza WRX. Found out that there was one misfire when I gunned it to pass a tractor. No problem with the car now, erased the error code and on I went.
