The reviews I read on this product are all silly, because they don't understand how it works! Complaints said it doesn't have any features such as a timer. That's like complaining that a French Press doesn't have a timer. Pour in how much water you want for your coffee (after adding grounds), then put the pot in place and close the top lid, and the internet water, which is already hot, pours through. Could not a good cup of coffee

The coffee was very weak, I tried several different brands all made
Undrinkable coffee. I use strong brands as I like my coffee strong. This Bunn could provide a adequate cup.

The perfect coffee maker

There is nothing better than a fresh cup of coffee made out of a Bunn and yes, there’s a difference! It tastes better, it brews a pot in less than 4 minutes (if that long) and its steamy hot! My last Bunn maker lasted me about 9 years. The price may be a little high on a Bunn but overall, they’re SOOO worth it! This model isn’t the cutest but don’t let looks fool you. Quality coffee brewer with minimum features

I'm very happy with this coffee pot. I didn't want a brewer with many options but good quality. I rated it as "brew quickly" but thought to clarify that it is not one of the Bunn models that keeps water hot and ready to brew instantly. This one heats the water with each brew, but I don't think it takes enough time to call it slow. Because it is SCAA rated, it produces very smooth coffee. Making A Great Cup of Joe Using A Bunn Coffee Maker

I love it because it is a no-nonsense coffee maker that will provide a excellent cup of joe, quickly, if the vacation feature is left active. The warming plate keeps the brewed coffee hot, but not too hot, just perfect.
On the negative side, my wife thinks it is unattractive in appearance.
Overall, it is a great coffee maker and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a good cup of coffee in about three minutes (with the vacation switch activated).

While I always wanted a Bunn it makes good superfast coffee. However, worrying on how it works with preheated water that even cause machine to smell a bit takes the fun out of owning a Bunn. To date no problems and all we've cleaned is pot and tray I hope it works as long as my dads old Bunn did.Read full review...

Bunn GRX 10 Coffee Maker

The coffee made by this Bunn is so good I will continue to use until someone makes a unit that is better and has a glass vacuum urn.
The good:
1 Makes excellent coffee.
2 The entire pot is ready in about 2 minutes.
3 Coffee is super hot.
The not so good:
1 The way the filter/funnel housing hangs on the main body of the maker is precarious unlike the old Bunn design with long slots the filter housing slid into.
2 Reserved water is heated 24/7. (that's why it only takes 2 mins for a pot).
3 You can't make coffee with a timer.
4 The way the water is released from the reservoir by rotating the cover is strange.Read full review...

I will finish this review title~The best part of waking up is using my Bunn to make my cup. Bunn and Folgers~what a perfect marriage. I purchased this Bunn after our other Bunn, that is approximately 6 years old started leaking some water. It could have been something that happened when we moved, but it still brewed. We just had to add a little water to make a full pot. We haven't taken the old one apart yet to see why it was leaking but I'm sure it will be a quick fix and then we'll have 2. We've used other coffee makers and nothing, I repeat NOTHING compares to a Bunn for an excellent cup of coffee. Our Bunn is on duty 24/7. It easy to use and brews fast. You're never waiting more than 3 minutes for your coffee and it's hot. Most of my family use a Bunn coffee maker; the ones who don't~don't drink coffee. We recommend a Bunn coffee maker every chance we get. If you want great coffee, then purchase a Bunn coffee maker. It's a product that is synonymous with excellence, quality and longevity. Bunn GRX-B 20-Cup Coffee Maker

When I first got it it worked great except for the fact that it leaked out the bottom and kept getting the counter wet. I didn't feel like sending it in so I dumped the water out, took it apart (you just need a Phllips screwdriver) and checked things over. Everything looked fine. I put it back together, filled it up, warmed it up, made some coffee and it hasn't leaked since! It's a great coffee maker. I think a seal wasn't seated properly and popped into place when I was dinging around with it. Anyway, I'd give it an A+ rating.Read full review...

Love Bunn Coffee Maker

I have been using Bunn coffee makers for years. They last for years and years. This particular one is a little different than my previous models. The tank is shaped differently and uses less space on my countertop. The craffe is also different in that the opening is narrower and has a no drip cover. I'm not particularly wild about the craffe and may go back to my old one. Overall, Bunn makes a fantastic product and you don't have to buy Kcups.Read full review...
