Babyliss products are all great. I already have this dryer and have been using it for 5 years. It takes no time at all to dry and I always use the concentrator. I also use their flat iron. Excellent product. Just the right air speed, heat and weight. If I could adjust anything about the dryer, it would be the volume. It's kind of loud but tolerable. Definitely a good buy.
