Like most of these the valve does leak a little.
I just leave a cup under it while I am mixing.

Good but broke too soon.

It broke after about 2 years of use. Likely a design issue and not necessarily a poor quality part issue.

Product is not only just as advertised but is even that much better when it is actually used. Would high reccomend, not only makes delicious smoothies but looks and functions great!!!!!!
