Not running on empty.
I've been using the product for a few months after experiencing sciatic-like discomfort along my right leg. I work out on the local college track, so in addition to extended pre-workout stretching & stretching during the workout, I feel use of this product has enhanced my ability to be generally discomfort free, or lessened.
