Excellent, this chick is seriously bendy. If you can keep up with her, you will be in great shape. Straight to business, looks pretty comprehensive, targeting all areas. Easy to follow, beginner on up. You cant go wrong here. Jaqui obviously knows her business and presents it in an easy to follow program, you probably wont be able to achieve her crazy stretches right away, but I thought it was very good, light on the sex but acknowledging your pelvic region. Nice Workout, Poorly Filmed.

I did enjoy this yoga workout but thought it was poorly filmed. It sounded as if she was talking in a bathroom and you could see the cameras and filming equipment.
