Clive and Angelina Rock Together!

Although this film was a sleeper at the box office, it is well worth the time and effort to see.

Dr. Nick Callahan (Clive Owen) takes this story and makes it come alive as he pushes to try and assist they dying with the aid of his new girlfriend Sarah Jordan (Angelina Jolie). This film is way too believable to even be considered fiction. I guess that's why Angelina fits into this role so well, since she really has a heart for helping others who can not help themselves.

It's hard to imagine sometimes the dedication people have for saving other people's lives and putting themselves in harms way to do so. The romance between the two actors is quite strong and it shows up until the very end how much they really cared for one another. This film is so powerful and emotionally riveting it will have you wishing you were there in the film to assist them.

Don't miss up on the opportunity to see this film, if you are at all inclined to care about hunger, disease, and the impoverished of our world.

I'll give this a 5/5 for the strength of the leading roles and the amazing story they played.

I'm so blown away by this...

I purchased this movie because I LOVE Angelina and knew this was not only a life-changing role for her, but a role that really inspired her to make some changes in her life. I was curious about all of it.

This movie, and I'm not even inished watching it, has totally rouched my heart in a million ways. It's incredibly moving and eye-opening, there's no theatrics to the story, it's all truth being showcased by actors and actresses and it's important that people see this and know what's going on in other parts of the world.

I have long considered ditching my life for a few weeks or as long as a month or more, and going to a completely different part of the world to lend my abilities in any way I can to help others. This movie reaffirms how I feel about that. It's about realizing how blessed you are and giving blessings to others, no matter how little or much it may seem to you, it might be the very difference between life and death for someone else. I highly recommend this movie, as it is life-altering for viewers with true heart and spirit.Read full review...

Beyond Borders

I bought the DVD because of liking other Angelina movies but this one was really a surprise. Clive Owen was outstanding and the two together made for a very rewarding movie. Lots of graphic stuff but then the world never has liked seeing the horrors of 3rd world nations because it might rub off on them. Perfect Movie, romance, intrigue, suspicion and all that jazz.

Have always loved this movie and competely forgot about cause you don't see it ANYWHERE. All of a sudden I thought of it one day looked on here and VOILA, it is now part of my collection.
