Blackberry Bold 9700
I love the 3G. This is my first 3G phone and it is very fast with downloading! I also love the new blackberry 5.0 operating system! It flows very nicely! The last phone I had was a blackberry 8900, and it was about the same size, but only had the 4.6 operating system. And the improvements to the 5.0 are very nice.

Rim Blackberry Bold 9700
The phone is good, but there are a few issues that I am having with it. You can download docs, but I have a problem opening these docs. The blackberry apps also do not support the pdf format of documents.
The internet browser on some websites do not allow you to login into the website.

wonderful tech, obselete battery technology
I love blackberry and wish they would have built their products to last. Even if I replace the battery, the batteries aren't made to last in these anymore.

WI-FI!!!!!!!
I love this phone, I have had an iPhone since they came out and I knew little about blackberry's but I got this bold as a work phone for my job and I am very happy with it, fast response, good reception great interface but the best thing about this phone is by far the WI-FI calling.
I didn't think it would be a big feature when I bought but I am currently working at a trade show where no one gets reception and I have to do is log onto a WI-FI hotspot and I am fully functional! During my flight on Delta (they offer WI-FI) I was able to call customers, family and friends from 30,000 feet in the air for free!

Great phone....trackpads are the best
Its a really good phone...great applications and features. I love the ease of use with the trackpad. I used to have a javelin and the trackball gave me issues with constant use. I'm looking forward to the same great quality with this bold 2 but just with less discomfort from using that darned track ball.Read full review...
excellent productivity and IM oriented smartphone
i bought this product beacuse blackberry messenger is the most used in my line of work. i like the performance of this particular smartphone, in comparisson with the one i had before it much better, its fast, the keyboard is very soft and easy to write in, the screen has a very good resolution, the speakers, handset, microphones have a very clear sound. its a very good mobile in terms of prodictivity and performance and its very proefficient when it comes to intant messaging and its easily customizable. advanced customization options make it a very productive smartphone.Read full review...

Overall the phone is adequate
The phone basically is used to make calls and and get emails it does what its supposed to do. the battery life is somewhat short once the data is in use but for the most part it is a good phone
