See it but see the 1939-jamaica inn also

but hit a dead end. so here goes.
yes this is a good movie I bought it on dvd.
I also have the Original movie on DVD called "Jamaica Inn" made in 1939 it was directed by Alfred Hitchcock & was the first movie Maureen O'Hara was ever in.
I also own that movie on dvd.
Many story changes were made yes its a re-write, in this new virsion along with the tital Character.
Most every other character with name changes was from the original story.
what bothered me was that no credit was given to the original not even an inspired by credit.

Blackbeard 2008 blu-ray
This is a fun pirate movie. Good story, battle scenes. Compares favorably to other pirate movies I've seen, but is more on the realistic side than some of the other ones. Good acting, generally, lead actress (sorry to say this) is as flat as a pancake, and can't see for a minute why the hero (Royal Navy lieutenant) liked her - but she did have a lot of money, I guess.Read full review...
A must if you have broken cases keep them like new
Well worth the money just time when you need a spare case around when kids accidently break your movie case.Very easy to slip the cover out put it into the new one perfect fit as well as the dvd a must if you to keep your movies scratch free and clean.Just like a the case it came inRead full review...

Not the type of movie I am use to. Acting on the most part was sub par. The only highlight to the movie was "The End".
Great Case for you blu ray movies
This blu ray case can hold upto 5 movies or cds. The plastic cover is thicker than a normal blu ray case. Good purchse.
