While this is a good product I think the fact it doesn’t come with a charger or a better instructions takes away from using it more easily with vintage audio equipment. Little, but big sound
Build quality is very nice. Small footprint. Range is great. I walk all over the house with no problem. The sound quality is amazing. I am a bit of an audiophile and was skeptical about this item but it delivers!. I have it running through a tube pre amp and a 200 watt solid state amp into vintage Polk SDA speakers and I cannot tell that it is not a CD or vinyl. I have also used it with a Rogue tube integrated amp and vintage speakers and it rocks. Besides the great sound, it is nice to just setup a play list frrom my phone and not have to worry about changing cd's or an album. If I don't want to hear a song I can just change it from my phone. I can adjust volume or pause without running over to my stereo. Very, very happy.Read full review...

I ve compared the bluedento with Audioengine D3 and i could not notes any differences, BDT sounds very tight , sharp high frequencies, dynamic. I recommend it. Excellent product, great value for your money
I have been using this Bluetooth receiver for several weeks now and I can say that I am very happy with it. It replaced a Harmon-Kardon Adapt BT receiver that just sucked. The BluDento has much better range, is more resistant to signal loss when I move my phone around the house, and most importantly, doesn't randomly drop the connection and require REPAIRING like the junk H-K receiver. The primary reason I selected the BlueDento is because of the discrete, external antenna, in addition to the digital outputs. The antenna will give much better performance than the tiny strip-line antennas that are taped to the inside of case of other BT receivers. Also, because the antenna is external to the case, it can be metal, for longer life and greater durability.

As a budget solution for adding ease of use to an older vintage integrated amp or to transfer a digital signal to a modern dac for convenience; the Bludento is a winner that wont break the budget.
