Great Movie!

A great movie, dancing, singing, and best of all, HAWAII!! Elvis gets home from the military, not wanting to work in his dad's business, he goes into the tourist business. You get to see different areas of Hawaii, luau's, pineapple picking, & of course girls.
Ping Pong the handy house help is awesome. You also have Angela Lansbury who plays Chadwick's (Elivs) mother, she is funny, likes those my tye drinks and gets very upset when she doesn't get her sugar. (kiss from Chadwick) A movie that is clean and good for the whole family.Read full review...

A great Elvis movie

This one the "essential" Elvis Presley movies on DVD. It has the basic plot, but it also has great music. One of the best soundtracks actually.
Some of the great songs are "Can't Help Falling In Love", "Hawaian Wedding Song" and the great rocker "Slicin' Sand". It's very "Hawaii", and that's what it should be. Elvis really shows great acting skills here, ans I really think he enjoyed doing this movie.

DVD Blue Hawaii (Elvis Presley)

I bought the DVD Blue Hawaii for my Grand-son to use as a Christmas present this coming next December. He collects anything that is related to Elvis Presley.
I looked on Ebay for awhile to find the best price and not a VHS, but a DVD and the price was great. I was thrilled to find this special (Blue Hawaii) I have not seen it in the stores for sell. I was born and raised in Hawaii and saw Elvis filming the movie in 1962, that's why I really wanted it for my grandson.

The location is refreshing to see, especially now that it is no longer there.

I wanted this dvd, because I am in Hawaii and this movie was made in the early sixties. It brings back lots of memories already gone.The actors help to make this movies entertaining.

I reallt like anything that Elvis Presley was in.

I bought this Elvis Movie because it is just what I wanted ,but I also want it because of the movies that I have of Elvis are all on VHS Tape so I figered that I would get them as many as I can so that I can not have to worry about this DVD ever going bad. I also grew up with Elvis as a young man due to my Father meet him in Germany and became friends so I was able to talk to him once in a while and I brought all his Movie and this one is one of his best movies that he made.Read full review...
