I’m a truck driver and have wasted a lot of time and money, trying to find a low-profile headphone that cancels out truck noise.
After many, many different brands of various gadgets, I decided to just break down and go with “one of the best.”
I have not been disappointed with sound quality, and have been praised by friends and family over their ability to hear me clearly.

JUNK - IT WILL BREAK WTIHIN A FEW MONTHS

I should have listend to the reviews I read from other people talking about their BlueParrott product breaking. I've had mine for just under 18 months and now it's a hunk of junk. The charching port became loose and it caused a disconnection from the computer while updating. Well, that pretty much killed the entire headset. It won't turn on or anything. No way to factory reset and since it has been 18 months, there is no warranty fix. Not even a way for me to repair it on my own with a software download or reset it to factory settings so I can do an update. Huge design flaw. I'm sure it may have been on it's way to becoming a hunk of plastic junk anyway since the charging jack was getting loose and having issues. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT. I should have listened. Don't have regrets like I have! You would expect a $200 product to last longer than 18 months. I have $30 headsets that have lasted 10 times longer. Stay away from this brand!Read full review...

New BX450 is even better than old.

I had an older B-450 XT that I liked a lot, but due to constant use it got a broken speaker wire. The old set had a terribly loud beep every time you turned the volume up or down. Painfully loud. But with the newer model that problem has been fixed. The new headset fits better. I work around loud machinery and the noise cancelling is so good that no one can hear anything but me. Seems to be working well. The only issue is the headset is a little heavier than used to and you have to find the perfect position or it slides off.
