Probably the best training programme and diet in the world!

Excellent book and excellent programme of fitness and diet.
Since I stopped playing Rugby 13 years ago I have gone from a 34" waist to a 43" waist even though I have been weight training, running and cycling every week.
On this programme I have lost 5Kg and 2" off my waist in the first 4 weeks of the 12 week programme.
I strongly recommend this book and the Body for Life Journal as the journal focuses your effort.
This is not for the faint hearted as you to have to train HARD for 6 days a week and follow an enjoyable but strict diet. You must WANT to change your body seriously or you will "cop out" after a few weeks. Remember there is no magic pill or magic diet that will change your body as much as this programme.
