The Mic Does Not Work. I want it either fixed or replaced.

The internal mic is not working! It never did from the start and this is such an extreme disappointment because I was excitedly looking forward to create a Kylo Ren voice changing sound that was presented on YouTube but the mic does NOT work and I spent over 2 grand in an attempt to embody the character and this failed on me. So the product is useless to me now. Ugh! I wish you guys can provide a fully functional one in replace of this one, but that''s unlikely. Read full review
