This little monopod gives stability to pictures with 1/3 the size of a tripod. Great piece of kit, lightweight, stable and extendable, I never take it off now. This item really makes you wonder how you ever got along without it, especially at slow shutter speeds.Read full review...

This monopod is perfect for video or stills of football games. Perfect in that it doesn't take up any space, and it is solidly built. The neoprene grip right under the head is very nice to hold on to. Definitely nicer than a bunch of the other mono pods I have seen in this price range.
