NOT FOR THE FAINTHEARTED. FILLED WITH GORE AND VILE KILLING WITH A SWEET TOUCH OF ROMANCE THAT CAN ONLY BE BETWEEN TWO KILLER VAMPIRES AS DRUCILLA AND SPIKE. DO NOT THINK OF CUTSEY SPIKE FROM BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER WHEN YOU READ THIS BOOK. THINK OF SPIKE THE KILLER FROM CENTURIES BEFORE WHEN HE WAS WILLIAM THE BLOODY. IT SKIPS AROUND QUITE A LOT WHICH MAKES IT A BIT CONFUSING BUT BEING A BIG SPIKE AND DRUCILLA FAN IT HITS DRUCILLA'S PERSONALLITY " SPOT ON". JUST DON'T EXPECT A ROMANCE NOVEL. IT IS GORY, IT IS DEADLY, A BIT CONFUSING IS ITS ONLY DRAWBACK. Also please not "Buffy will will not be the slayer". don't expect that. This is again===WIlliam the bloody- Spike back before Buffy even existed. THIS IS NOT THE TV SHOW. Remember that when you order it. I could not put it down. Despite the blood and gore, and the confusion back and forth, it was pretty good.Read full review...
