Yes, I also heard about this from reddit, specifically r/asianbeauty. Hada Labo Gokujyun makes me itch and gave me small bumps but Cezanne Skin Conditioner does not. This toner has a lightweight, milky texture with nice slip and quick but moisturizing dry down. There is no detectable fragrance which is fantastic. Just a clean feeling product. I use it all over my face, neck, chest, and hands. I need to buy a small spray bottle to use for spritzing my face because the 500ml bottle this comes in is weighty! So Very Moisturizing

The bottle was an original, and was in mint condition and still encased in the plastic it was bought in. It was bubble wrapped securey to prevent any damage and it was delivered much sooner than I expected!
