Multiplayer is worth it, although the campaign is lacking.

Multiplayer is really improved compared to the previous game in the series, including new gamemodes and weapons that make the game more challenging and exciting. However, the downward slope of the campaign quality continues... and it looks like it will continue to. Early Call of Duty games focused around historical events, while the recent iterations take place in the future for quite a bit of the time; this is interesting for multiplayer gameplay with futuristic maps and weapons, but the storyline seems like the style you'd see in a 3D action thriller where the only purpose is to show you how many things can explode and how much cool technology they've thought of for you to use.

If you have Xbox Live Gold or some friends/family to play locally with, go for it. If you enjoy multiplayer settings in singleplayer, go for it. If you want a great campaign mode, try Call of Duty 1, 2, 3, or the Modern Warfare series and skip this and the other newer games in the series.Read full review...

Excellent game play, multi-player, and decent graphics.

The product was excellent like i had expected. Various multiplayer maps, excellent online experience, and the story line can be tough as nails all the way to calm as a 12 year old dog depending on the level of difficulty. I have this for the xbox 360 and loved playing online with my friends and now that we all have the One this is still the game of choice. I still wish the activision had the zombies feature but the new zombie-like campaign is decent.Read full review...

Infinity Ward Never Disappoints!

"Call of Duty: Ghosts" does not disappoint. I am a long-time player and fan of CoD and this game is one of my favorites. The game modes are many, and more are being added! There are fun new features and the maps are beautiful. There are secrets to be found in most of them. It has a very beautiful and captivating story-line in the single-player campaign. "Ghosts" gives that same look and feel everyone came to love in "MW2". Although, the graphics are much better! It makes me nostalgic of the old "MW2" game. Infinity Ward knows best what they are doing with Call Of Duty! New maps are being added and there are fun game types like One in the Chamber, Infected, and new game types never before in any other CoD! It still has "Core" and "Hardcore" playlists. There are old, well-liked game modes, as well as brand new game modes. What's also new is you can create squads! You can change your person's gender, looks, and clothes. The Clan Wars is also a very nice thing in "Ghosts"! You and your clan can compete against other clans. If you're not in a clan, you can always join one, if you want to. It's a great way to make friends!
