Let's Go Pilates

not so hot
I bought this knowing nothing about this workout, just looking for a different routine. Wanted to shake things up. Wish I had known before purchasing that it was a Made-For-TV recording. Not at all impressed. I do not care how cheap it was, I wish I could get my money back! They move through each position very quickly, and you can hardly hear the instructions. It was just plain boring. There are so many other workout dvd's out there, that are actually worth the money. Especially of Pilates. This is, sadly, not one of them. Caribean workout - pilates
this was a really lame workout video. I would never think to buy any of the others in this searies. I workout harder going to the mall than they do on this video. It was dumb don't buy it!

The workouts are a good workout, but a little choppy with the "commercial breaks" not flowing very smoothly.
