Sports Training High Speed Slow Motion

The Casio FH100 is a backup to a Casio FH25 used for sports training. The FH25 is preferred for its higher sensitivity sensor and for doing 120 frames per second (fps). The FH100 is lowest fps is a too fast for our use. 120 fps played back in slow motion generates 4 seconds for each 1 second real time.

The FH100 at it's higher fps outdoors is used for golf swing analysis. We are using the FH25 indoors under good artificial light for high speed/slow motion of less dynamic actions than a golf swing.

Hint: If you use a too fast fps, then you can generate a painfully long slow motion video without a gain in informational content. You will need to experiment with the fps for your particular application.Read full review...

Casio EX-FC100 Review

I purchased this camera for the high speed video feature used for golf swing analysis. I set the speed for 230 fps and recorded several swings (mine and others). The results are terrific. The camera is easy to use, has a small form factor, and captures the hard to see components of the golf swing for analysis in golf swing analysis software. Great Camera

I bought the Exilim EX-fc100 to help with my golf game. The camera is so fast it can catch every part of the golf swing frame by frame. It does the same for any sport. All the features are so easy to use. The is only one feature I don't like, when you down load you pictures you can't change the file names. But that's a small issue compared to all the positives. It does slow motion are regular movies. You can catch a golf swing at 30 frames per second!!Read full review...

Amazing!

I love everything about the Casio Exilim ex-fc100. It has a lot of functions for a great price...you can demo video takings on youtube and vimeo which is helpful.

This camera has amazing slomo and edit features on the camera! playback, crop, etc...

Good camera.

It is just like my older one . My older one is silver. I like them for the fact that they are able to shoot at 1000 frames/sec. They are good cameras and I bought the new one as a backup.

This camera is awesome.... only con, and I mean ONLY is that @ 1000fps the resolution is greatly reduced. Other than that a definite buy.

I just had trouble getting use to the high speed shutter button being right next to the standard shutter button.. otherwise great camera

The Casio Exilim FC100 is a fantastic camera. It is make movies with 1000 frames per second and movies with HD quality [30 FPS].

The pictures are best in quality and the LCD screen is great, you can see the pics with very quality.
