Niche Puzzle-Platformer/Novel

Personally, it's one of my favorite games, from the art and music, to the story and gameplay it does so many thing right. A must play of it's generation. It places you into the turning point of a mans life where he is forced to decide between freedom and order, allowing you to question your own personal morales and decisions. It's really thought provoking, blending more serious themes with horror and humor.

However, it's definitely not for everyone. The difficulty may be a huge turmoff for many casual gamers. The puzzle difficulty is notoriously high, but it is beatable. If you're not into time pressured puzzles this is not for you.

It isn't perfect but it love it, I play it a couple times a year to get all the endings. Try it if you get the chance.Read full review

It's like those romantic and comedy animes, when the main character is screwed because there are to many girls sudenly in his life.
The game is great, from Atlus we couldn't expect something bad. Awesome story with 9 endings! Great music that stay in our ears for a long time. Great graphics. Another great title from Atlus. Catherine is a must play for any gamer. Its very unique and original. There has never been another made like it. The story is fascinating with a fantastic cast of great characters and addicting, equally challenging gameplay that can get frustrating at times, especially the boss levels but that shouldn't stop anyone from enjoying. Plus u will spend hours playing as it has different endings in story mode and extras to unlock. Its a real shame this game kinda flew under the radar as it is a real blast to play.
