This movie is cool

This movie is one of the best movies I have ever seen, get this movie and some popcorn or kettle corn and sit back with a bad one, I mean a top notch woman who has an imagination. You will experience so much in this movie that you will want to see a second part. I was not expecting this movie to be any good, but it was really good.

Watch it on a big screen and focus on how they make it through the country and they do get scratches instead of coming out unharmed.

Children of Men

This film is frightening, yes there is a lot of violence, but that is not what is frightening, it's the reality of what could and almost is true right now!

The actors are mainly well known, but cast in such a way, that they don't become all consuming, you don't watch this and think so and so was good, you finish watching this and you sit and think! I am still thinking and telling others about this important "docu-film" three weeks atfer watching it.

The way it has been captured on film by the director and film crew is astounding, at points you feel you are there, well in ways we are, 20 years is not long into the future at all.

Great movie w/ Great cast

Children of Men

I had heard some negative things about Children of Men, but I must say that I really enjoyed it. Clive Owen is fantastic. This movie isn't chock full of action but it has a great story and an amazing cast.

Visually assulting, great movie

Based on a novel by P.D. James, this is a dramatic view of the near-future. This story focuses on the world comming to an end due to women being unable to bear children. One of my favorite movies of all time.

This movie is about the bleak future of the world. The story begins in the year 2027 where the youngest person in the world has died. He was 18. After infertility began plaguing the world fewer and fewer babies were born until the world became so chaotic that world war broke out and only Britain remained. This is a incredible vision of apocalyptic proportions. It captures the essence of incivility in mankind. I recommend it to anyone and everyone. Excellent movie.Read full review...

Children of Men

I heard many negative reviews of this movie prior to purchasing it but I decided I wanted to see it anyway because of the concept and Clive Owen. However, it was a messy, unnecessarily gloomy movie. It was never really explained how the baby would help to save/change the world and the radicals who wanted to keep the baby did not reveal how that would help their cause.

Waste of money and time and left me feeling like I had lost precious time.
