Great Music, Poor Sound Quality
The music on this CD is outstanding, but the sound quality is very poor. I have two Tascam CD recorders with LED recording meters. When I play this CD, the meters or pinned into the red, meaning this CD was recorded FAR TOO loud. All the piano music is distorted and when the music gets loud, it too is distorted. It's such a shame because the songs are great. I suggest you purchase her Christmas CD called "The Christmas Collection" instead of this one. That CD was made by Universal, the company she recorded for the longest. This CD was made by her own production company and it has very poor sound quality. Read full review...
