Danzig - Circle of snakes

This is danzigs 8th album, its a good album, but its marred by poor production.
tommy victor (prong) handles the guitar. and the guitars sound huge.
the bass is over powering on each song..wich leaves danzigs vocals buried.

danzig has gotten away from the industrial sound..wich started phase 2 of his career on danzig 5. i think danzig is slowly returning to his roots...because "Circle of snakes" has a samhain vibe..Read full review...

just a great CD from start to finish............typical sinister,dark moody and brooding

fans of the more recent Danzig work will enjoy this album....also fans of the "80's" Danzig will enjoy this too

emphasis is more on guitar,drums,bass than on past releases.........songs Hellmask,When We Were Dead and Night,Besodom are some of the heaviest songs ever put on a Danzig recordRead full review...

what can i say..Glenn Danzig, you gotta love the voice and his dark lyrics. i bought this album cause i just love anything Glenn Danzig does, i've been a fan since the Misfits' days. this is a long way from the Black Acid Devil album. great album....final word.Read full review...

this album is a must have for danzig fans. The beats are harder than the mainstream albums 1-4. Bevan Davies does a great job on the drums, keeping that dark, sharp snare and bass.

not his best cd but i will take all the danzig i can get all his stuff is getting harder to come by and you can never find his stuff in and big chain store
