One of Cirque's first shows

Saltimbanco is the second Cirque du Soleil DVD I own. It has amazing acrobatics, non-stopping show. Still I prefer La Nouba, i think the amazing soundtrack of La Nouba gives it the edge, also La Nouba is a resident show with its own theater in Walt Disney World Resort which gives it an advantage over Saltimbanco which is a traveling show. Still Saltimbanco is a great show to see, a classic. I would recommend it.Read full review...

CIRQUE DUSOLEIL SALTIMBANCO

OMG ! i absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE all the cirques ! the talent just amazes me - i never knew the body could so so much !!!!!! i watch over and over and over, never tire of it. i have seen only 3 touring shows, "O" in vegas - which was when i fell in love with cirque - and will see more shows as soon as they come within a 500 mile radius of my home ! AND - i will definitely be in vegas in 2009 - they will be opening their new show ELVIS !!!!! i know i'll be in heaven then !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love cirque du Soleil, but this is one I could have missed. It's not nearly as impressive as the other Cirque du Soleil videos. Yes, there were some high points - the two strong men in green trousers, and when the audience member was playing cowboy with one of the performers... but overall it was rather drab.Read full review...

An important part of my collection. Entertainment quality all the way.

Great show and music. A must have for the vintage Cirque collector. Great thing is that you will see come young performers develop and grow into future performances and shows.

I loved the performances they were all great. After seeing Kazoo, the performance in San Francisco, I just had to see the other Cirque du Soleil shows. The amazing feats were ourstanding in all of the show that I have seen on DVD video.Read full review...

Circus of the sun.

I think that this is one of the best circus's produced. I like that there is a colored stage and matching suits that the artists preform in. I saw it live so that is why I had to buy it on video.

My First Cirque

THis was my first experience in a live performance of Cirque du Soleil and I instantly became a fan of this circus with no animals and no cruelty to the humans either. It is in excellent form on this DVD and just as awesome.Read full review...

Better than the live show!

The Saltimbanco CD offered more entertainment than the live show I watched a month earlier. I would reccoment it to everyone that has or has not seen the live show!!

Enjoyed every minute!

Cirque de Soliel with a Latin beat! The fantastic acrobatics and costumes are very entertaining! This is one of the best in the series.

I LOVE CIRQUE DU SOLEIL! Being a dancer myself, I am in awe of all the theatrics and colors and even the live music! I would recommend to anybody of any age!
