I've installed several sets of true dual head pipes and all different brands, and this one was the easiest to install. Be sure you have all the factory brackets and hardware before install, so if you're replacing an oem system, you'll have no problem. Great pipes

For the price you can’t beat it, they went on just fine with no modifications chrome really looks better on the bike over drag pipes. Sound is excellent and the bike doesn’t even have slip ons yet. Only thing that needs to be changed is the L bracket and it comes with all the hardware for you to do just that. Instructions are a little iffy but if you have any type of mechanical sense you will get by just fine

Cobra True Dual Head Pipes

Purchased these for my 2002 Road King. I must say that I was very impressed with the quality and ease of installation. The heat shields are awesome. Thick and super shiny. My son helped me get these installed in about an hour. I added a set of Rhinehart racing slip on’s and a Vance & Hines fuel pack tuner. I am well pleased with the results. Cobra headers for 98 harley ultra classic

Fantastic headers. I did a lot of research and in the end, the Cobra's were the best value. The chrome is amazing and the bolted right up.They look awesome and I could feel the increase in performance as soon as I hit the throttle. All of the hardware like clamps came with it and everything went together pretty smoothly.
Now, I thought the head gaskets would come with them so I had to buy those separate. Not a big deal but heads up for you. Also, my 98 Ultra classic has a bracket behind the back cylinder that the header is supposed to clamp to. There should have been a tab to put into the bracket but there wasn't one. So we had to make one that would go between the bracket on the bike and the clamp on the header to hold it all in place. Not a big deal either, but I was suprised it didn't have the tab as the old headers I took off did.
For the price, the quality and performance are outstanding and I would recommend these to everyone.Read full review

Well worth the money

Superb quality. I lokked at several makes and decided tp go with Cobra as I wanted a true duel and did not want crossovers under the bike. Installed on a 96 FLH with Rinehart 4" slip ons and love the deep rich tone. Might be a little too loud for some, but I want to be heard and seen when riding. Easy to install and they sound great. Can’t imagine spending 800-1000 dollars on other pipes that do the same thing. I think they must be triple chromed because the finish is awesome. Looks good and the price is right. Had to make bracket for rear pipe. Did not come with one. Stock one is part of the clamp.
