Little package, big heat.

I just cranked up the heat on the Coleman Exponent today for the first time. Easy to operate and boy does this little guy put out some big heat. I will try out different mess kits with different hot beverages and meals tomorrow given a break in the rain. Great alternative when gathering wood, and fighting a bow drill might burn too many calories. Hope I can give a follow up report on its performance in a couple of months. Fantastic Stove

The only thing not to love is the size and weight, so it might not be what you want for backpacking, but for canoe camping or car camping or short hikes in, it's fantastic. Very reliable especially if you swap out the neoprene pump seal for a leather one.

Great Little Stove !!!

I especially like this stove because you can switch it over to run on kerosene, you just have to unscrew gas generator tube and screw in the kerosene generator tube and you are all set . I don't like carrying gasoline with me, kerosene is much safer . It is a little pricey though, I wish it were a little less expensive, I would buy a couple more !Read full review...
