Great introduction to reality martial arts

This book is a great introduction to Combat Hapkido. If you are undecided about the style, it should answer your questions as to what Combat Hapkido is about. The Grand Master does a great job explaining his philosophy and views on the martial arts in a compact format. Excellent Training

I bought this book to help train fellow law enforcement with hand to hand techniques, it has easy to follow instructions and lots of pictures for those that can't follow written instructions. I would recommend this book to anyone that deals with others in a criminal environment.Read full review...
