Red Alert 3

It was an alright game. Very well made, graphically stunning, but not "command and conquer" material. Gameplay is very slow, and is not configurable like the previous titles in this series. Not for the die-hard Red Alert fans. It didn't amaze me at all, and alot of units and features were over complicated, producing alot of confusing and hectic yet still slow gameplay. There are units in the game that are very fun though. Replay value is very high if you enjoy the game at all when you first play it. I would say all this game has to offer is stunning graphics, a masterful storyline with memorable live-action cut scenes, and a unique and original spin on the RTS genre.Read full review...

Red Alert 3. Close But not Perfect..

I got this game as soon as it came out, DRM stuff!! To be honest, Until i read the reviews, I had no idea it even had it. It installed fine, It works fine, And it is by far the most fun i have had in a Game to date.(Well this year anyway)Right to the game The cut scenes are quite funny with a great cast, with the likes of Tim Curry, George Takei and Gemma Atkinson. The game is quite cartoonish, But when neck deep in a battle you don't notice it. C&C fans will love it. And there plenty here to keep you playing for a while.Read full review...

Red Alert 3 (PC Games, 2008)

Red Alert 3 breaks new ground in the RTS genre, featuring a fully co-operative campaign while bringing back the series’ light-hearted style and classic, action-oriented gameplay. In Red Alert 3, the desperate leadership of a doomed Soviet Union travels back in time to change history and restore the glory of Mother Russia. The time travel mission goes awry, creating an alternate timeline where technology has followed an entirely different evolution, a new superpower has been thrust on to the world stage, and World War III is raging. The Empire of the Rising Sun has risen in the East, making World War III a three-way struggle between the Soviets, the Allies, and the Empire with armies fielding wacky and wonderful weapons and technologies like Tesla coils, heavily armed War Blimps, teleportation, armored bears, intelligent dolphins, floating island fortresses, and transforming tanks. Red Alert 3 asks the question "What If?" What if every bizarre research project and technology experiment for the last 70 years had actually borne fruit? What if the Philadelphia Experiment, time travel theory, teleportation, invisibility, Tesla technology, and a hundred other intriguing research projects had all paid off and gone mainstream? What if the Soviet Union survived and thrived; what would it look like 10 years in the future? What if the Japanese Empire had never fallen and instead became the ultimate high-tech military superpower? The end result is an imaginative and playful vision of an alternate future filled with possibility. [Electronic Arts]Read full review...

Not bad, very different from RA2

Pretty good game, big change from RA2 (new maker, too). Have to get used to new building icons, etc to be as quick as I was in RA2.
Have to play scenarios with an ally, either real person or AI, not sure how to turn that off. Ally can be annoying, making moves you arent ready for...have had to attack the ally a few times to slow them down.Read full review...

C&C Red alert 3

I have been hooked on C&C for more than a Decade now and bought every last one of them the most recent game holds a lot to be desired. I first I thought the retro look was kind of cool in the game but really it is not much different then the original Red Alert. I like the videos as always but for some REAL battles and game action you simply CANNOT beat C&C Kanes Wrath! Then game play is great and the battles keep me up late. Plus now thanks to C&C Red alert 3 the the C&C tiberium war is much cheaper to buy on a gamers budget.
And remember KEEP YOUR HEAD DOWN! "FireFox" Commander

command and conquer red alert 3

Not as enjoyable as red alert 2, needs an internet connection to play single play missions for some unknown reason, I dislike how there is no real single play, there is always a cpu team helping you. I enjoy command and conquer I played all of them and what I enjoyed most was having to think and try to beat the enemy. But in this game EA seems to have taken that factor away with the help of cpu allies and random players joining your game. Can't really give an honest review til I have beaten it but that is my 2 cents on the game.Read full review...

Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3

fun game with a lot aspects that make this a fun and unique RTS. This is the first C&C game I have played since the original and I wasnt disapointed. Special units with special abilities add a bit a flavor and the cut sceen video is funny and cheezy at the same time. Took me a play trough the tutoril before I understood the interface but it wasnt difficult at all. Being a total Annialation/ Supreme commander fan I was looking for something a bit lighter and different. It is what I asked for.Read full review...

CD in good condition. Case & booklet all intact. Great price. Fast delivery. Just have to figure out how to bypass the limit on the key code that is preventing me from playing the game.
