Great nightly bedtime read!

My wife and I wanted to create a "better" bedtime routine that made for great memories. Find a compelling "can't put it down" book for our younger girls (7, 9, 11) that had good morals. Read a chapter a night...or more.

This has proven to be a real winner. Easy to imagine yourself IN the story, and following the characters along the way. Each time we finish a chapter, they ALL say, "Oh, don't stop...keep going!"

While there are some words that our 7 yr old doesn't understand, it's been a great choice to meet our wants and needs. A *great* adventure story in a series. We hope the other three are just as exciting and gripping.Read full review...

bought this for my daughters 5th grade summer reading assignment,and she loved it. i even read it and enjoyed it. it isn't super long and overwhelming like the book she had last year so it was great!

Fun to read!

My 8 year old son and I had fun reading this to each other. The storyline was intriguing and it showcases a strong, Godly father and family. We loved it!

Nice book. Easy read good for just about any age. Would recommend to any adult looking for a book that is free of sexual content, no harsh language, just a good book.

Great Christian Fiction by one of the best, Frank Peretti. This is from his Young adult series "The Cooper Kids" and is the first book in the series. Excellent book.
