It is a pleasure to see so many of the jewelry components I still sell, used in collectible pieces with documented prices and a bit more information about each piece. There were some great shots of antique glass stones, which sadly, are no longer produced. Great source book for many styles of collectible costume jewelry. Wasted My Money On This One

I just bought this book second hand so thankfully don't have much money in it. This book, in my opinion, is mostly comprised of the author's collection and does not include any information regarding history of jewelry, designers, or any knowledge sought after by collectors. I learned nothing from this publication other than if I had the time and money, I could just take some pictures of my jewelry, price it, and publish a book with my name on it to be aknowledgedRead full review...

Only 16 of the pages were in color. The pictures on the other pages were very poor quality. Many pictures were blurry. Some, you couldn't make out any details of the jewelry at all because it was so blurry. I wish I hadn't wasted my money.Read full review...

Good overall jewelry guide, but too much focused on rhinestone pieces and not enough on other types of costume jewelry. There are already lots of rhinestone books; give us some on other types.
