Great Strings!!!!

You won't find a sweeter sounding set of strings than these!!!! You don't have to put heavy strings on your acoustic guitar for it to have a great sound, that just put more pressure pulling on the bridge and the top than needed. The 10-47 strings give a nice deep and also bright tone and sound great. And they cost a lot less than the coated strings which I found to start looking nasty as the coating quickly wears off at the sound hole area. I prefer uncoated strings and simply wiping them down when I an done playing to keep the finger oils off.Read full review...

Okay

I broke the 3rd string while trying to put it on my guitar, but that was my fault. I just need to get used to different strings. Sounds tinnier than my old, thicker strings.

Works for me

I use these strings on a Gibson J-15 and they/it sound great. Easy on the fingers too. Some say heavier strings drive the top better, and if you flat pick then maybe that's what you want. I never use a pick anymore and I've found that sometimes heavier strings bind the top with the higher tension while lighter strings let it breathe/vibrate more. The EJ10 acoustic strings will allow you to play your guitar with no limitations because its an acoustic. The BEST for the money! My new go-to!

I LOVE these strings. I own so many guitars, have been playing for 10+ years, have toured, and have probably been through over 10k worth of strings in my career (ok maybe thats an exaggeration!). These acoustic strings are my FAVORITE! Why? They're tiny. I was surprised how there was very little lack of low end and presence as a result of switching to lighter strings! I was worried you would have to trade sound quality for playing comfort, but I dont feel like there was any compromise. Feels like im playing an electric. Nice bright sound and extra light strings are easier on fingers. Played Elixer extra light nanoweb strings that last a while but are not as bright and easy on the fingers.
