Reading are an inspirational way to begin each day.

This A.A. text features the more spiritual aspects of this way of living. The book consists of quotes and writings from A.A. members. These A.A. members first selected a specific "inspirational" passage of text taken from A.A. literature (most often sited from the big book of Alcoholics Anonymous),followed by their personal views or experience related to that text. There is a different entry established for each day for a full year. Enjoy!Read full review...

A great way to start your day

Daily Reflections, the book for anyone struggling with this overwhelming & baffling disease known as alciholism is a great way to start your day. I keep mine next to my bed with my NKJ Bible. It helps to give me strength when I need it & hope as well. It is insightful and lets all of us know that we are not alone in our struggles with this addiction. Sometimes I read it more than once a day. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has admitted or is struggling in the grips of this disease.Read full review...

A Morning Ritual That Transforms A Person's Life

The Daily Reflections is a great way for me to start my morning. This book covers various tidbits about the 12 Steps and this information typically corresponds with the month. In the 5th month, May, there's Daily Reflections about Step 5.
I don't agree with some of the contributors since many of them are on the churchy God path; I simply take with me what resonates and leave the rest.
It's written in a way that's easy to read no matter what type of education one might have or not have. I believe that my daily routine of getting up and reading the Daily Reflection is one simple step toward building new attitudes and positive demonstrations that, in time, amount to huge transformations in my life.

Great daily read

This is a great book of meditations, written for and by alcoholics. This book is a good encouragement for the newcomers as well as the old timers in AA.

Reminder that sobriety is a daily reprieve...inspirational.

Great daily devotional for daily living to stay on track one day at a time for the recovered alcoholic, as well as for newcomers.
