If you have never used graphite rods.
Graphite rods will spoil you, but these fiberglass are good for trolling. First day out with this rod yesterday and it caught my only fish using a chatterbAit because I could not get a bite the previous 6 hours on anything so I was getting desperate. Wish I could find this rod in heavy instead of medium heavy.Read full review...

Nice rod...bad parts
Rod is nice but made with cheap parts. First use the top eyelet popped out. Perfect rod blank with good action but no use if it falls apart.
