Besides the fact that it is healthy, I love the fact that you don't need to brew it like other coffee substitutes, but you can just add one or two teaspoons to hot or cold liquids in your cup (water or milk for a latte) and have it ready instantly.
I also love it that there is an organic version and that one can buy different quantities in bulk...
