Very easy to set up, no lag, few performance issues
First of all, the convenience of being able to set up a large subwoofer in places other than directly next to speakers/AVR is worth the $60-70 that the wave-link costs.
We were able to hide our sub behind a chair in a reading corner in the back of our great room. It sets up in less than 5 minutes and my avr detected it immediately.
My only real qualm is some low level static that the sub will make fairly regularly. Despite only being about 20 ft from the receiver, it still does make some low level noise from time to time. We have a ton of wireless devices in the house, so I'm guessing it's interference, but we have no other option. If this were gone, this would be a perfect device. Still highly recommend it if you're looking to be discrete with a sub.Read full review...

Not great.
Too much interference through the subwoofer. And you have to have the volume all the way up to even get any sound reproduction from the sub. Pretty much a waste of time and money. If you want a wireless subwoofer you're better off just buying one. This definitely isn't a good solution.Read full review...
