Boo! *Sadface* :T
Bleh, I am a huge fan of the Dead Space franchise and was somewhat disappointed in this animated film.
The constant shifting from 2d to 3d drove me nuts. But nothings perfect.
At least, the story was decent which helped me stay through till the end.
This film is not worth buying in my opinion at the ludicrous price of $25. Instead, rent it or watch it on Netflix if you can!
But, if you are a Dead Space fan like me, you must watch this film to fill out the gaps between Dead Space 1 & 2.

The Movie 6/10
The four takes on the same story are somewhat cool and entertaining. Some of the acting can be over the top, but the gruesome deaths more than make up for it.
The Video 4/10
The animation is poorly done. Compared to Downfall, this film makes it look like Downfall was a multi-million dollar film.
The Audio 7/10
Voice acting is decent and in sync with the animated characters. Nothing wrong in this area thankfully.
The Extras / Bonus Features -5 / 10
There's nothing beyond the ability to turn on subtitles and an overwatched Dead Space 2 trailer (That i'm sure we've all watched 500+ times in anticipation to the game).Read full review...
Dead Space aftermath, better then the first anime, get.
I love the game series, and have always been intriuged by the anime series they did for it. This one had different art designs which i loved and it was worht watching. Its like the best zombie movie, except no zombies, necromorph, tens times scary then zombies, and lots of blood action, and gore for this, and the best part of it, its in the most out of reach places that just adds more climax to the story, thats why its called dead space.Read full review...
This movie sucked!
Not really what i expected about this movie. Not much action just talk talk talk. Only till the end you see a few necromorphs, not enough action. Hopeful for a trilogy
Good DVD but not as good as Downfall. I would have liked it to be a bit more in-depth pertaining to Isaac (who you/we play as in the game). It's still better than alot of animated movies.
