It's the year 2012 and the US economy has collapsed, enemplyment reaches all time high, crime rate is spirialing out of control, & the prision sysytem is at a breaking point.Jensen Ames is a hard worker and the metal work shop is closing.The one thing he is thankful for is his wife and baby girl.But when a someone breaks in and kills his wife, they set him up to make it look like he did it.He is then sent to the most dangerous prision, where it is truely each for their own, and being in there for a crime he didn't do.When the warden gives him an ultimatium to race or live his life in prison he takes her up on the offer.This is a race like no other it's a race to the death & no rules to this game!Jensen takes on the Frnakenstein role & car, win 5 races and go free.But at Terminal Island pentitentary, the warden has turned it into a sick game for the viewers, with 3 phases each getting worse and worse.

good movie

I love this game..."
This movie was right up my alley; plenty of great exciting car chases, explosions, fight scenes, sex appeal, blood and guts. Yep, it's a blast.

On top of that, though, the story is pretty decent and it has a fairly good cast of characters. Writing and acting are not bad. Production design is great (love the cars). The photography is generally not bad, even though the camera shakes around quite a bit.Read full review...

Bad Blu Ray

As with a lot of Blu-ray movies I've been seeing the same problem. There's theses unexplained tracers around all moving people. I have watched over 50 Blu -rays moves with my brad new PS3=$599 on my brand Sony LCD KDL-40BR4 tv=$2400. Now this is up setting because, I've seen this same movie on DVD on the same system and loved the move. There was no tracers so it was a no-brainer it should be awesome on Blu Ray WRONG. Its looks so bad that I should return it. So if you thinking about getting this movie go for the DVD.

PS, SONY get it together I keep seeing more and more bad Blu-rays with this problem. After spending $3000 on all your high end products to get the new technology and this is the end rezult. I looked through the web I'm not the first or last person that's have this issue.Read full review...
