An urban controversial film.

Based on the novel by Brian Garfield, this movie tells the story of Paul Jersey, A husband/father, a bleeding-heart liberal who's life is changed after his wife & his grown daughter are violently attacked by a gang of thugs leaving his daughter viciously raped & his wife murdered, then the man became known throughout New York as the vigilante stalking the mean streets on the prowl for muggers, hoodlums & so on to citizen's helplessness.Read full review...
