I got this book for my husband and we have tried a few different recipes and so far so good. The campground burgers are our favorite we've made them several times.

Good but large recipes

Has some really good recipes. However, most of them are designed to make bulk amount -like for huge groups- and call for 2-4lbs of meat at a time. You have to do a lot of reducing the recipe when you only have one or two people in the house who are eating it.Read full review...
