Not sure how a mobo could be fast
Great motherboard for a custom LGA build, as long as you are aware of the odd 24 pin on the motherboard and are okay with doing a little cable mod. Because its an HP proprietary board you can't over clock but my Xeon x5660 already has a decent boost clock of 3.2. As for ram I can say standard non-ecc ram works just fine but I do have some ecc on the way. There is no display out so you need a discrete GPU. But that's fine since the motherboard sports 2 pcie 2.0 x16 slots.
