This turntable just does not mess up. It does what it is supposed to do, every time.

This was the best turntable I have ever owned. Got into financial trouble and had to sell. Never had another turntable that was half as good. It is so accurate, the strobe will tell you the variations in the AC current coming from your wall socket. Any Seiko quartz tachometer will confirm that this turntable is spot on. It comes up to speed within less than one quarter of a turn. That is RIAA specification for a broadcast quality turntable. The bearings are old-fashioned stainless and bronze, but mine never aged enough for me to tell. Some "audiophiles" claim they can hear the difference between a belt drive turntable and this particular direct drive turntable. I have embarrassed so many of them, I've lost count. outstanding quality and sound

this turntable does make the difference in terms of sound and wow. Had a transportation problem - slightly broke one side on transit - has to be packaged very carefully.
