Mostly Satisfied

Intially, I was pleased. Upon opening the DVD case, I discovered 2 homemade burnt DVDS. They are Die Hard 2 and Die Hard 3. Die Hard itself was on the bottom. The problem for me was, since the DVD case is only designed for one DVD, the Die Hard (one) ended up a tad more scratched up than I would have preferred since all 3 DVDs were unsecured. During shipping, this is to be expected. If I found myself in a brick and morter store, I would have been elated to purchse 3 DVDs for the price of one. First if you are a Harry Pottr fan, thne you will love seeign the handsome Professer Snape as the bad guy in this film. LOTS of gunfire and smart assed but funny lines! Die Hard-The Original

In the first Die Hard we are introduced to the character John McClane (Bruce Willis), a tough New York cop coming to visit his wife who now lives in L. A. They are meeting at a Christmas party at the large company that she works for when it is taken over by German terrorists. (McClane is not in the room when the terrorists take the party goers hostage.) From this point on the movie becomes a mixture of action and comedic one-liners from Bruce Willis. The main villian (Alan Rickman) is frustrated by McClane's interference in his plans but he doesn't let McClane stop him as he negociates with the FBI, even as McClane kills his buddies one by one.
Willis portrays John McClane as a tough, heroic character that has a raw sense of humor. Be prepared for a fun roller coaster ride all the way to the last minute of the movie with a few gut-busting laughs along the way.Read full review...
