Pratchett is always good

Pratchett fans will recognize this as the story Sam Vimes always reads to young Sam as a bedtime story. After reading so many of the Disc World novels, it's interesting to see how Pratchett seems all the characters. Vetinari looks younger than I imagined and Dibbler does too. Sam looks about right. A masterpiece!

The story is not told quite as I expected; it was much better! The inclusion of Sam Vimes and Young Sam in the tale is a stroke of Pratchett genius, and the artwork perfectly complements the story. Great book for kids AND adults!

The best thing about this book is the artwork. That being said, the actual story is pretty funny--if you're a fan of Terry Pratchett's DISCWORLD, particularly of Commander Vimes, then you'll like it. If not, it's still a pretty funny and entertaining read. I recommend it.Read full review...

Where's My Cow?

Terry Pratchett is one of my all time favorite authors, I have read all of his books, I wont divulge any plots of the book because if you are like me you dont wont to know the plots until you reach them in the book.

Fun book

Got this for my son.... it's a nice, funny book...great illustrations and funny story. Pick it up only if you're a fan of Terry Pratchett.

The only reason to purchase this book is if you collect Pratchett. It is not a story book, it doesnt really quallify as even a kids book. It's just a part of a complete Pratchett/Discworld collection.
