Doctor Who, Part of the Tom Baker Collection.

I am personally a Whovian. sure there are Star Wars fans, and Star Trek fans, but I have always found Doctor Who to be the greatest of them all, especially with over 15 years of episodes to watch. here is a time Lord with the power to do anything he wants, and he goes around the galaxy saving the universe, and his pet people us earthlings as well. of course the quality of action is not what you expect in today's movies, but overall these are some great classics and I suggest you add them to your archive today, and help the tradition continue.Read full review...

DoctorWho- the Deadly Assassin

Let me tell you something, first, I loved the episode. Tom was quirky and captivating as the Doctor(as usual). This was the only episode unaccompanied so that's noteworthy. I believe as most other fans, that Tom was the most amusing and engaging of the incarnations, yet BBC is very slow in re-mastering his episodes. Their choices are odd: why Robots of Death as opposed to Face of Evil??? The Deadly Assassin should have been easily available yesterday. Their stringing us along which forces fans to pay sometimes close to $100.00 to video cassettes!!!
If you haven't seen "Assassin", do so and have done with it post haste!

Doctor Who - The Deadly Assassin (VHS, 1989)

One of Tom Baker's finest Dr. Who episodes. The only episode in the Tom Baker series where the Doctor is sans assistant. This episode also features a very different look at The Master and also shows the interworkings of the Time Lords.Read full review...
