Dora Purlpe Planet

I bought this game for my 3 yr old daughter who loves dora and always wants to play daddy's games with him. I thought this would be great, and it is pretty good overall. the graphics could be better, but overall I am pleased. She is still getting used to working the controller, but i think with some practice this will be an easy game for her to play. I like the fact that dora cant die, allowing her to play without being game over in 2 seconds flat like most games... definately reccomend for little ones!Read full review...

Easy Fun

This game is great for young Dora fans. Your child will help Dora go through the paths needed to move to the next level. It is easy to play. This game isn't as slow as some other EC rated games such as Elmo. There is some educational points in this game. I allow my child to play this as a reward - she loves it. She doesn't love it as much as the games she can't play (her brothers games) but loves it much more than no game =) Since there isn't many EC games out there - if you seen a game on the EC level - I recommend this!Read full review...

awesome

I bought this game because my five year old has trouble playing alot of the rated everyone games. He plays this one all the time now, even my 7 yr old enjoys playing it. They have both beat the game once and are now working towards beating it again. This game is a must for anyone with small kids that want to play video games. Dora does not "die" and you don't "fall" to the point that you have to restart. If Dora gets on the side of a cliff that she shouldn't fall off, the game just won't let her go, you have to turn around and go the other way.Read full review...

Excellent game for preschoolers!!!

I bought this for my 4 year old. Her older brother was always playing games and they were just too hard for her. Since this one was rated EC I thought I would give it a try. WOW did she love it. Is was easy enough for her to use the controls, but a little challenge in it too to keep her wanting more. She got so excited when she would reach a new level. It is just the the show.....very highly recommended!!!!Read full review...

Perfect for my 4 year old!!!

Apparently I wasn't the only person looking for this game...I could only find it online. I bought this for my 4 year old who is always wanting to play PS2 with her older brother. It is perfect! I can clean the bathroom or fold laundry and she is fine. There is nothing that is too complicated for her to figure out (although it may take her a few trys). This was a great perchase for us!Read full review...

His first playstation game!!

my son loves this game, but it takes forever. there is no "designated" path to take they kinda just walk around collecting jewels. it just takes longer to get to the next level because they go in circles. once you get into the next level the challenge increases just a little bit. its a really fun game though, great for a first playstation game.Read full review...

Great game for my kids!

I bought this game for my 5 year old daughter , she loves Dora and waited patiently for it to arrive in the mail.. I love this game, it helps reinforce what my kindergartener knows, fun things like shapes, colors and how to follow directions. She has played other games that just weren't as interesting as Journey to the purple planet.Read full review...

Great Game for my 7 & 4 year old!

The game is perfect for young children. It is easy for them to control, and understand. It is just like the tv show on Nick Jr only way better...they get to personally interact with Dora, Boots and her friends. Really enjoy watching my children play.Read full review...

Dora the Explorer: Journey to the Purple Planet PS2

My brother loves the Dora The Explorer Purple Planet game, because he loves outer space, especially collecting the stars. Parents, if you have children, this is the video game that is both addicting, and educational. Dora the Explorer teaches your kids shapes, counting, mental activities, and of course, a good clean adventure through 4 planets, in hopes of sending the cute and fuzzy aliens home to the Purple Planet.Read full review...
