the movie was packed very well, some people i have dealt with in the past did not pack the item properly so i would get some dvds and blu-rays all broken up inside. it seemed like after they got the money they paid little attention to customer care. i did not answer was the movie a good value because it only had a yes or no response, so let me answer it here it was sort of good because i wanted it, but i wish i was aware of the blu-ray with a slipcover when ir originally came out because i would have saved about forty dollars, but you can't be on top of every new release so it is what it is. sometimes you have to pay more for something you really want.Read full review...
