Shipping came really fast, actually 1 day earlier. Well packaged. Product came in like brand new Im not even sure now if I bought a new unit or a refurbished new one. Working like a breeze. I never liked electric fans because I couldnt sleep with the noise but this one is quiet and the loudest is tolerable and soothing like natural wind. I only hear noise when set at above 5.
