Anti-customer Variabiliy of stick vacuum producrs which are essentially the same but more expensive
We got refurbished V6 Absolute in US buying online from Dyson Direct Outlet, which seems is the best value, what you get for your money.
The all bad experience with Dyson is telated not to the product itself but all these anti-customer misleading and deceltive business practices of Dyson. Dyson purposely or not released such an user-unfriendly and confusing product numenclature. A variety of senseless number of products which essentially are the same V6, V7, V8 series motor-wise and capabilities.
The only difference mainly is in the number of available cleaning nead tools. sometimes HEPA or non-HEPA filter comes along in such anti-customer variety that probably most of the users should ignore and go for the cheapest available only online.
Price-wise are unjustified huge variability for essentially the same cordless vacuum stick with more or less cleaning heads, but sith the same major features. Even Dyson reps are confused and can’t orient ustomers in such a nonsense product variability between V6, V7 and V8. Somebody in Dyson marketing should be fired right away along with other executives.Read full review...

Dyson Absolute Bait and Switch.
You would think with title like Dyson V6 Absolute. It would be a V6 Absolute like the one that is advertised on Dyson's site. Well it isn't. What they have done is taken V6's without the ability to accept HEPA filters and paired them up with the accessories of the Absolute. The sad thing is to make it a HEPA compatible Vacuum is just swapping out the back piece of plastic (Which I don't have). If they had Advertised it as a V6 MotorHead with additional accessories I would have been fine with that but the purposely use the Absolute name to fool you into thinking you are getting an Absolute V6 and then throw a line at the very end of the full description that it doesn't include (What they really mean is it doesn't accept a HEPA filter) a HEPA Filter. A little CYA they can use to say we told you !!

Handy Vac
Convenient and easy to use. Comes with 5 attachments but there are only 2 attachment holders on the wall bracket. Need to figure out where to store the other 3. I’ve had it for little more than a week so I don’t know how long the vac holds the charge. Out of the box it needed charging after about 30 minutes use, but it probably was not fully charged. Has great suction. Picks up dog fur easily. This is my 3rd refurbished Dyson product and no complaints so far.Read full review...

Great ourchase
I was a little skeptical About buying this refurbished but since it was from the manufacturer, I felt a little better about that. It doesn’t come in the Dyson box but they did package it very nicely and with dividers. It comes with its own manual. And the tools were pretty much brand new. The vacuum had a couple of scuffs but nothing major, and not marks I would have made myself. I definitely recommend a refurbished product. Way overrated. Too many engineering flaws thst should have been worked out by now.
It's a dyson so we all know it cleans well. But the battery only lasts 6 minutes on max and 15-20 on reg. The canister is too close to the filter. It traps debris in between the canster wall and the filter every time which means you have to remove the canister to clean it for next use. The canister does not come out easily, it fights you the whole way. I could see something breaking trying to remove it. Overall, I'm not impressed. Considering returning despite how well it cleans. Great vacum
I love the power this baby has, the dog hair on my rugs comes right off, my old canister I would have to go over and over to get the hair off. makes short work of the touch up vacuuming i need to do on my hard wood floors and tile floors, great for the stairs also. I do not have a lot of carpet but if I did this would not be the main vacuum for that the battery just could not handle a room full of carpet. This is perfect for want I wanted and needed. Very powerful suction, works well on carpet and floors, and the furniture attachments are good and easy to use. The docker for charging is somewhat complicated to hang, but there's really no need to as you can just stand it up and plug it in. My first awesome vacuum cleaner
I've been running Roomba for cleaning the floor for a couple of years. It's been working fine so far but there are some spots it cannot cover because of the size of it. And now with Dyson v6 cordless I can vacuum all the spots Roomba cannot reach. Its vacuum power is very good and it's very easy to carry it around. One thing I don't like is that I cannot easily clean the filter attached to the body with water. I have to dissemble the whole body to do the deep clean. Great hybrid
I had been trying to get by with a hand held mini vac for spills in the kitchen of dry crumbs and small things. But those have a 2 inch wide suction head. I had to drag out the canister vac to do it right. This is only slightly less easy than a dust buster but much more easy than the canister. If you have hardwood floors, make sure you get this model that comes with two heads: one for floors (which is less abrasive to the finish) and one for the rugs which "beats" the embedded dirt out. Also has two power levels, low for floors and higher for thicker rugs. You can even attach the wand to a small brush attachment and clean dust bunnies behind the headboard, toilet, desk and other places a full floor-head won't reach.Read full review...
