Historical Accuracy
For the previous review mentioning historical accuracy of the film: The plot to kill Elizabeth in the film was never actually carried out, Walsingham foiled it long before that. Mary was executed after much deliberation of course. There were a few minor flaws with the movie, but for the most part it was correct. Cate Blanchett is awesome in and I love the music thanks for the CD! There is going to be a final Elizabeth movie sometime so that gives me something to look forward to.Read full review...
One of the BEST movies of all time!
I love this movie... I am not sure about the accuracy of the history but... the story is very good... the costumes OMG! Beautiful! So much detail... The acting is great as well... I will watch this movie over and over! (^_^)Read full review...
"Baroque"
If you like this style & era of music..I recommend a 2 disc collection by EMI Clasics called "Baroque Collection". My son gave it to me & I adore it!
